One of Thailand’s oldest private hospitals (established over 120 years ago), renowned for its luxurious patient services, international-standard experience, and highly personalized, patient-centric care.

BNH Hospital, formerly known as Bangkok Nursing Home, was founded in 1898 to provide medical services to expatriates living in Siam. It was established with royal support and monthly funding from King Chulalongkorn (Rama V). In 1901, King Vajiravudh (Rama VI) authorized the hospital to operate as a non-profit association, allowing it to expand its services to Thai citizens as well.
In 1902, the hospital moved to its current location on Convent Road and later expanded with the construction of the “King Chulalongkorn Wing” in 1912, funded by King Rama VI. In 1996, BNH Hospital launched its modern medical complex under the name “BNH Hospital,” positioning itself as a “Boutique International Hospital” with a continued focus on family-centered care. Today, BNH maintains high international healthcare standards and is accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI).
